SPFCTROMAXx direct reading spectrum has a wide range of applications, suitable for die casting, casting, steel or non-ferrous metal industry furnace metal analysis requirements, into and out of the factory material inspection and automotive, machinery manufacturing and other industries of metal material analysis.
The instrument uses a new high-performance readout system that can accurately process input data at the same time, and its processing speed is 50 times faster than previous systems. The analysis time is greatly shortened and the analysis accuracy is improved. According to different analysis requirements, the wavelength range of the element can be analyzed from 140nm to 670nm.
All chemical elements that need to be analyzed in the metal industry can be determined, including trace carbon (C), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), nitrogen (N) and other elements. The instrument is equipped with a perfect working curve correction module, which can be selected for analysis of up to ten different substrates according to analysis requirements, such as Fe,AI,Cu,Ni,Co,Ti,Mg,Zn,Pb,Sn, etc.
The direct-reading spectrometer uses a microprocessor-controlled digital excitation light source, a CCD detector developed specifically for spectral analysis, a high-performance readout system, a new spark table, an innovative optical system, and a unique ICAL intelligent logic correction system.
